"I'm sorry to hear that," replied Link sadly, he didn't remember his parents, but to know that love and have it missing, Link couldn't imagine it.

"It's alright," Zelda paused, slowly moving back over to the monk with the same soft smile. "Is there any place you'd like to see? Inside the rest of the Castle, the towns, the garden...you can choose."

Sapphire optics widened at Link's answer for a moment, her cheeks flushing. The garden...? She expected a monk to say something like the towns...or the palace's riches...she expected anyone to say that. But...he chose her favorite place. "...alright," Zelda smiled, shifting forward to lead the way.

Link followed Zelda back into the castle, "Where would i go to get the provisions?" asked Link still feeling small and lost in the great castle.

Zelda paused in front of the Gates, "Let's see...the main room should have what you're looking for," She nodded once, "If anyone tells you to stop, then say I sent you."

The gaurd from earlier trotted throught the castle. Spotting Link, he stopped. "Oy! Did you find the Princess alright, m'boy?" He asked stepping over to him.

Link was startled slightly by the guards voice, "Y-yes, thank you," he replied looking over at him with a nod.

The guard nodded proudly. "Aye, our princess is a kind little lady. So, if you found her, what're you doing on this side of the castle?" He asked with a high brow.

Link stayed there for a moment, small beads of sweat dripped down his face nervously, he couldn't tell the truth... but he couldn't lie... that was wrong... but he .... there was an internal battle taking place and Link's face went nervously blank.

He said, slapping him on the back. "Well, I'll let ya on yer' way there, m'boy." He said with a hearty chuckle, going back on his way.

Link heaved a huge sigh, he was beyond glad he didnt' have to lie, or ruin their plan. After his reprive he then started for the kitchen again.

It was about time to escape. The palace seemed way too crowded and hectic, she really wanted to get away for a bit. Plus, her plants needed to be tended to. If they didn't get their daily dosage of water every day then they would shrivel, which was something Zelda truly didn't want. A soft, and calming, smile reached her lips as she past the guards in the hall with a polite wave. Her Father was busy in his chambers so he wouldn't care that she was wandering around. After all, it's not like she was leaving the area, she just wasn't telling anyone to come with her. The princess finally reached her destination, kneeling down beside the first set of roses in the garden. A gloved hand came up to gently brush against the petals, her smile growing just a bit. "You've been coming in nicely, I see."

He walked. Swiftly. Silently. He hadn't seen her all day...though it was still morning, he knew she would be up early...she was always up early...for the past twelve years she'd been up early....but so had he. Yet, somehow, some way, she'd eluded him.
The castle had been rather noisy...but still...fot a simple bustle to get in the way of a Shiekah such as himself...it was shameful. But then...that did help narrow it down...she was either forced to intervene with each and every member of the crowd, due to her humble disposition, or...she was as far away from it as she could get...due to her humble disposition. ...No...perhaps humble was not the word...It was a quiet, nearly shy disposition...but...very regal and respectful to all she met...that is, what he supposed, made her such unique royalty. She didn't act like royalty at all.
He shook his head. Such thoughts. He shouldn't stray from his goal...To find the princess!
The gardens! Of course! How thoughtless of him...without a second thought to it, he vanished into thin air, and reappeared right in front of a certain rose bush.
